Welcome to Emerald Prints and Graphix. By accessing our website, requesting services, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services

Emerald Prints and Graphix provides custom printing, embroidery, signage, stickers, promotional products, graphic design services, and related products and services.

All products are custom-made based on customer specifications, artwork, approvals, and project requirements.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of the request.

Pricing may be subject to change if:

  • Project specifications change

  • Artwork requires additional preparation or design work

  • Quantities are modified

  • Materials or production requirements differ from the original request

 

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Artwork and Customer Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or other content submitted to Emerald Prints and Graphix.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Emerald Prints and Graphix permission to use the materials solely for the purpose of completing the requested project.

​

Customers assume all responsibility for copyright, trademark, and intellectual property permissions related to submitted content.

Design Services and Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of artwork and materials they provide.

​

Any original artwork, graphics, designs, layouts, illustrations, or creative materials created by Emerald Prints and Graphix remain the intellectual property of Emerald Prints and Graphix unless ownership rights are specifically transferred through a separate written agreement.

The purchase of printed products or design services does not transfer ownership of original artwork created by Emerald Prints and Graphix.

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.

Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Layout

  • Colors

  • Sizing

  • Placement

  • Quantities

 

Emerald Prints and Graphix is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved proof.

Production and Turnaround Times

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Production timelines begin after:

  • Final artwork approval

  • Payment requirements are met

  • All necessary project information has been received

 

Delays caused by customer approvals, file issues, material availability, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control may affect completion dates.

Colors and Product Variations

While every effort is made to produce accurate colors and designs, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Printing processes

  • Fabric materials

  • Embroidery methods

  • Manufacturing differences

Minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Customer-Supplied Items

When printing or embroidering on customer-supplied items, Emerald Prints and Graphix is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Material inconsistencies

  • Damage resulting from the decoration process that could not reasonably be anticipated

Customers assume responsibility for the suitability of items provided.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated during the ordering process.

Orders may require full or partial payment prior to production.

​

Completed orders may not be released until payment obligations have been satisfied.

Returns and Refunds

Because products are custom-made, refunds and returns are generally not available.

​

If an order contains a manufacturing defect or production error caused by Emerald Prints and Graphix, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

​

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other corrective action.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to charges for:

  • Design time

  • Artwork preparation

  • Materials ordered

  • Labor completed

Website Content

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Emerald Prints and Graphix unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald Prints and Graphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

Emerald Prints and Graphix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to this website. If you have questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact us.
